How to make your IBPS PO uploads

Take the photo against a white wall
Face the light, look straight at the camera and keep your ears and shoulders in view. The tool frames it and makes the file the right size.

Sign on plain white paper
Use a black pen, sign large and photograph the page from above. The tool removes the paper and shadows.

Download both files and upload them
Each download is already at the form's pixel size and inside its KB limits, so the form accepts it as it is.
Questions people ask
What is the IBPS PO photo size?
200 × 230 pixels is preferred, and the file must be 20–50 KB in JPG format. Use a recent colour photo on a light, preferably white, background.
What is the IBPS PO signature size?
140 × 60 pixels is preferred, and the file must be 10–20 KB in JPG format. Sign on white paper with a black ink pen. Signatures in capital letters are not accepted.
My signature file is only 4 KB. Will IBPS take it?
No, the form needs at least 10 KB. A 140 × 60 px image is very small, so PhotoDesk adds blank padding inside the file to reach 10 KB. The picture itself doesn't change.
Can I wear glasses in the IBPS photo?
Yes, if there are no reflections and your eyes are clearly visible. Dark glasses, caps and hats are not allowed. Religious headwear is allowed if it doesn't cover your face.
