JPG out · any size you need · nothing uploaded
20 KB is the signature limit on forms like SSC CGL and IBPS PO. A 12-megapixel phone photo still comes out about 450 × 600 pixels at that size.

Questions people ask
Is my image uploaded to a server?
No. The image is resized by your browser on your own device and never leaves it. That also makes it fast: there is nothing to upload or wait for.
Can a photo really fit in 20 KB?
Yes. In our tests a 12-megapixel phone photo came out about 450 × 600 pixels under 20 KB, which is still clear at the size forms display it. Signatures, mostly white paper, fit even more easily.
My form says 10–20 KB. What if the file is too small?
This tool only keeps the file under the limit. If the form also has a minimum, like IBPS and SSC signatures, use the exam page for that form: it makes the file the right pixel size and between the minimum and the maximum.
