Questions people ask
Is my image uploaded to a server?
No. The image is resized by your browser on your own device and never leaves it. That also makes it fast: there is nothing to upload or wait for.
My form also asks for 200 × 230 pixels. Does this tool do that?
No, this tool sets only the file size. For a form with fixed pixels, such as the IBPS photo at 200 × 230 px and 20–50 KB, use the exam page for that form: it crops around your face, sets the pixels and keeps the file inside the range.
Why is my 50 KB file shown as 49 KB?
The tool always stays a little under the limit and rounds the size down, so the number you see is never more than the real file. Some upload checks reject a file that is exactly on the limit.
