How to split a PDF

  1. 01

    Choose your PDF

Pick the PDF from your phone or computer. A small picture of each page appears as it is read.

  2. 02

    Pick the pages

Tap pages to pick them, or type them, for example 1-3, 5. Pick all and Clear help with long files.

  3. 03

    Save, delete or split

Save the picked pages as a new PDF, delete them and keep the rest, or split every page into its own PDF in one ZIP.

Good to know

  • Pages are copied as they are: text stays sharp and searchable, and the file is not compressed or redrawn.
  • Up to 300 pages. Thumbnails draw one by one, so you can start picking before the last ones show.
  • A digital signature (DSC) covers the whole original file, so it doesn't carry over to pages taken out of it.
  • PDFs locked with a password can't be opened. Save a copy without the password first.

Questions people ask

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. Your browser reads the PDF and copies the pages on your own device, so statements, contracts and ID scans never leave it.

How do I extract one page from a PDF?

Tap that page (or type its number) and choose Save picked pages as a PDF. You get a one-page PDF with the page exactly as it was.

How do I delete pages from a PDF?

Pick the pages you don't want and choose Delete picked pages. The download keeps every other page in its original order.

Can I change the order of the pages?

Picked pages are saved in page order. To put pages in a different order, save them as separate PDFs and join them in the order you want with Merge PDF.
