How to make QR codes in bulk

Save your sheet as CSV
In Excel use File, Save As, CSV. In Google Sheets use File, Download, CSV. The first row holds the column names, like url or name.

Choose the file and check the count
The tool shows how many codes it will make and lists any rows it can't use, with their row numbers, so you can fix them.

Download the ZIP
Pick PNG or SVG. Scan a few codes from the ZIP with your phone before you print them all.
Good to know
- Every code is made on your device. Your list of links, contacts or UPI IDs is never uploaded.
- Name the files from a column such as name or label, so a row labelled 'Table 4' becomes Table-4.png.
- For a code with your colours or a logo, make it one at a time in the QR code generator.

Questions people ask
Is what I type sent anywhere?
No. The code is drawn by your browser on your own device, so your UPI ID, Wi-Fi password or contact details never reach us or anyone else.
How many codes can I make at once?
Up to 500 rows per file, which keeps the ZIP quick to make on a phone. For more, split your sheet into several CSV files.
My CSV has other columns. Is that a problem?
No. The tool reads only the columns it needs, found by their names in the first row, and ignores the rest. Names like 'UPI ID', 'upi_id' and 'VPA' all work.
Why was a row skipped?
Its details didn't pass a check, for example a UPI ID without @ or a web address with a space. The tool lists each skipped row with its number and the fix.
Will the QR code stop working?
No. It holds your link or details directly, with no redirect through our server, so it works for as long as what it points to exists. Many free generators make 'dynamic' codes that send people through their own site and can expire or be paywalled later.
