Is this the same as the CPNS photo?

Both go through SSCASN with the same 80 KB minimum and a 200 KB pas foto cap, so one 4 × 6 cm red JPG between 80 and 200 KB works for both.

Is my photo uploaded to Free Photo Desk?

No. The photo is processed in your browser on your own phone or computer and never leaves it. Only you upload it, to SSCASN.
