Is my image uploaded to a server?

No. The image is resized by your browser on your own device and never leaves it. That also makes it fast: there is nothing to upload or wait for.

How do I make a scanned page between 50 KB and 100 KB?

What if my photo is still too small?

The tool first saves it at the highest JPG quality. If the file is still under the minimum, it adds blank comment data inside the JPG, which every viewer and portal skips, so the file reaches the size without a single pixel changing.

Why does my handwritten declaration come out under 50 KB?

White paper with a few lines of ink has little detail, and little detail compresses into very few bytes. The tool saves it at full quality first and pads the file only if it is still short.

Which IBPS uploads use 50–100 KB?
